Time required : 30 mins - 1 hour

PURPOSE - TO CREATE A SPACE/PLACE TO CONNECT WITH HIGHER SELF

NEED - Cushion or chair to sit - candle - incense - pen - paper

Where ? create an altar inside or outside in nature
What ? use a small table - chair - crate - tree stump
Why ? To create a space to connect within - to divine
SMUDGE SELF FIRST - use sage, or your favourite incense.
Honor 4 directions - Mother Earth - Father Sky

This is not religious in any way just calling on strong energy of deities that have been used for centuries. It works trust me!!!!

Our guides/the universe will only help us when we ask them to - SO ASK LOUDLY WITH FEELING.

Call on and get statues/ pictures of Deities that represents your focus for example:

Buddha statue - focus of meditation - calm and peace

Animal totem - focus Owl for inner wisdom

Arch Angel Micheal - focus - courage - strength - protection

Ganesha - focus - clearing away obstacles

Lakshmi - focus - abundance

Earth- crystal

Fire - incense

Air - feather

Water - a cup, sea shell

Spirit - a candle

Cloth to contain the boundaries of the altar

To do at your altar -- Empower a goal - meditate - chant - send light to others - connect with guides - pray- write a letter to the Angels - Acknowledge Seasons - honor ancestors or a loved one.

Energy follows Intention & thoughts.

TASK:

Write a letter to your higher self - Angels - Deity asking for assistance with whatever you are intending to manifest.
For example:

Dear Angels, Higher self, Universe, could you please help me to gain more clarity about my purpose, who am I ? Why am I here ?

or

Could you please assist me to gain more inner peace and calm?

or

Could you please help me with my business?

Whatever you can imagine the Universe will support you with.

Always say for the highest good of all concerned.
